Registration Process

NEW RESIDENTS?  

 

Please REQUEST AN ACCOUNT ( Click log In button at top of screen above then click live here request an account) + send Below Documents from the documents and files section at the bottom of the page to Property Management  


All documents requested should be sent via email to [email protected] : Subject Line to include suite number.  

 

New residents must register prior to booking the moving elevator 
 

NEW TENANTS : 


- Tenant Registration Package submitted via [email protected] (see below Documents and files tab at bottom of page.  All tenants listed on the lease agreement should request a user account at the same time to help speed up the registration process and reduce registration delays)

- Lease agreement sent to [email protected] 

- Written email from suite owner confirming name of new tenants.


NEW OWNERS: 

- Owners Registration Package submitted via [email protected] (see below Documents and files tab at bottom of page)

-  Transfer Deed or Legal Letter emailed to [email protected]


OTHER RESIDENTS (IE FAMILY MEMBERS, SPOUSE, ROOMATES) 

- email from suite owner  to [email protected]
